Hello — I’m Dr. Anthony Clairmont.

I’m a program evaluator, measurement specialist, and theorist.

In my work as a program evaluator, I help organizations gather the kind of information they will need to learn and grow. I design methods to address some of the challenges that evaluators face, such as choosing targets for evaluation and building custom, culturally-responsive measures.

• Symmetric, my evaluation app, is available in the Tools section of this site.

• The Evidence-Based Programs Explorer is now live on my site. This free tool is an interactive dashboard of evidence-based programs sorted by the level of evidence available for them.

• I have been elected co-chair of the Quantitative Methods Topical Interest Group (TIG) at the American Evaluation Association. I’ll be serving in this chair position for the next two years. As part of this work I’ll be part of a working group to collaborate with the American Statistical Association.

• I recently launched my Substack on evaluation theory at programevaluation.substack.com - I look forward to interacting with you there.
