Hello — I’m Dr. Anthony Clairmont.

I’m a program evaluator, measurement specialist, and theorist.

In my work as a program evaluator, I help organizations gather the kind of information they will need to learn and grow. I design methods to address some of the challenges that evaluators face, such as choosing targets for evaluation and building custom, culturally-responsive measures.

• I’ve removed some of my free tools from this site, since several of them or their functions are folded into the annual user subscription at my Substack, which is easier for me to maintain.

• Symmetric, my evaluation app, is available in the Tools section of this site. A subscription is available Stripe directly or via my annual Substack.

• The Evidence-Based Programs Explorer is now live on my site. This free tool is an interactive dashboard of evidence-based programs sorted by the level of evidence available for them.

• I have been elected co-chair of the Quantitative Methods Topical Interest Group (TIG) at the American Evaluation Association. I’ll be serving in this chair position for the next year.
